Week 4

Congrats! You are well on your way of finishing week 3! Hopefully you’ve learned a few things about you and your habits! No matter what, approach this experience with curiosity. There’s no need to place a judgement on yourself or this program. Start to notice how you feel.

Week 3

You’ve reached the end of week 2. How do you feel? Remember that how you feel is even more important than the number on the scale. When you feel good, you’ll want to keep feeling good! So note which foods give you energy, notice if you have less bloating, gas, or heartburn, notice if you are having less cravings. These small changes are what count long-term.

NEW THIS WEEK: Exercise 30 mins daily (can be in chunks of 10 mins). This might be tough for some of you if you’ve never exercised.  Start small, every little bit counts. Even walking around the block or going up and down your stairs at home helps. I’ve attached an “exercise at home” routine that’s can be pretty challenging depending on where you’re at.

Week 2

You’ve made it to Week 2!

That’s amazing. Hopefully you’re starting to notice small changes in your body. Perhaps you have more energy or your skin looks better. Maybe you’ve even noticed a change in the way you feel in your clothes. Whatever it is, take note of it!  If you feel good, you’ll do good and…. you’ll keep going.

Reminder:  Only weigh yourself once per week – preferably at the same time.

NEW THIS WEEK:  Now that you’ve gotten through week 1 and you have had a chance to learn some new ways of eating, you’re ready for week 2 and our first CHALLENGE. This week, we’re encouraging you to eat all of your portions AND drink all of your water. Water is crucial to boosting your metabolism, flushing toxins out of your body and keeping your energy high. Take a moment to let us know, through the Facebook group, if you’re up for the challenge.
