I have been using the best Low Fat-Low Carb recipes for about a year, mainly because my husband needs to lose weight, (110kilos to 85.kilos, I do not know how much he is in pounds).

My husband must lose 5 kilos more for the surgery on his knees. But we love these recipes because they are simple to prepare and with a super delicious flavor.

Thank you very much for sharing your recipes, thanks to you my husband is healthy before he was pre-diabetic and now he is normal, also it has helped me a lot with my digestion problems.

P.S. My husband will have knee replacement surgery by the end of next month.
