Zucchini Tagliatelle & Meatballs Pasta Recipe

If you’ve had trouble letting go of pasta, don’t worry! This is a great zucchini pasta recipe that will leave you wondering why you ever thought you’d miss the traditional noodles. When you’re looking for healthier options, nothing beats zucchini pasta for taste and satisfaction.
Mix your ground turkey with an egg white in a medium-sized bowl until you've reached a smooth consistency.
Use a tablespoon to form your mixture into small balls, and keep a small bowl of water close by so you can keep the mixture from sticking to your fingers. This'll help you form perfect balls every time.
Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil and add your meatballs, allowing them to sear. Once they're cooked, reduce the pan's heat to medium while you add tomato coulis and garlic, before bringing the pan to a boil.
Once it's boiled, add your finely sliced noodles to the pan, letting them cook. Use a potato peeler to get the right cut, or julienne the zucchini by hand or with a mandolin.
Finally, add chopped green onions to the pan and top with red pepper powder before you plate.
Ready to serve!
