Zesty lemon garlic shrimp will take your salad to the next level!
1 Garlic cloves, (1 to 2 ) minced
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley
7 Oz Shrimp, cooked
2 Cup Mixed greens
2 Tsp Olive oil
In a hot non-stick pan with olive oil, add garlic; let simmer for 1 minute.
Mix in lemon juice, parsley, sea salt and pepper.
Toss the shrimp into the pan to reheat.
Serve over a bed of mixed greens. Ready to serve!
