Did you know?

Did you know basil is one of our favorite fresh herbs? Well, it is and not just because of its impressive list of nutrients such as high levels of vitamin K, vitamin A, beta-carotenes, and antioxidants. When consumed fresh, basil has an earthy and sweet aroma that compliments many different flavors such as this white fish pomodoro-style recipe, or other Italian, Thai, or Mediterranean-influenced recipes.
