INGREDIENTS

6 Oz Chicken breast, shredded
2 Cup Cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 Cup Red cabbage
1/2 Cup Fresh mint, chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh coriander, chopped
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Oz Lime juice
2 Oz Fish sauce, low carb
2 Red chili, finely chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp Sugar substitute

DIRECTIONS

Start by making the dressing: whisk lime juice, fish sauce, chilies, and your sugar substitute together in a small bowl until the sugar substitute has dissolved.

Drizzle your cabbage with dressing in a large mixing bowl.

Add the chopped mint, coriander, and chicken to the mixing bowl. Top with sesame seeds.

Toss the salad to combine all ingredients and mix the dressing throughout.
