INGREDIENTS

6 Oz Chicken breast, shredded
2 Cup Cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 Cup Red cabbage
1/2 Cup Fresh mint, chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh coriander, chopped
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Oz Lime juice
2 Oz Fish sauce, low carb
2 Red chili, finely chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp Sugar substitute

DIRECTIONS

Making the dressing: In a small bowl whisk lime juice, fish sauce, chilies, and sugar substitute together. Ensure the sugar substitute has dissolved.

In a large mixing bowl, drizzle cabbage with the dressing.
