3 Tbsp Olive oil, divided
1 Tsp Sea salt
1 Tsp ground pepper
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Cup Green onions
1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
1 Cup Cauliflower, riced
1 Cup Red bell pepper, diced
1 Cup Snow peas
2 Tbsp Soy sauce, (or tamari)

Heat half of the olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Sauté the green onions for a few minutes.

Stir in the cauliflower rice and broccoli and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Next, add snow peas and red bell peppers.

Pour in the soy sauce and remaining olive oil, then season with salt and pepper and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Stir together well.

Ready to serve!
