1 Pound Trout, boneless, cut into 2" pieces
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
Sea salt, to taste
1 Tbsp Cumin
1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
1 Egg Yolk
2 Small Green chilli peppers, halved and seeded
Red onion, minced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Tsp Ginger, minced
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1/3 Cup Cilantro leaves
2 Cups Quinoa, optional
