The combination of turmeric, garlic, and apple cider vinegar makes this excellent source of protein a tasty snack.

1 Tsp Kosher Salt
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Pinch Red pepper flakes
A few Black Peppercorns
1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
1/3 Cup Water
6 Boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
2 Shallots, thinly sliced
