There are plenty of ways to prepare eggs, but we think this recipe really shows how versatile they really are! The combination of turmeric, garlic, and apple cider vinegar makes this excellent source of protein a tasty snack. You can also serve it as an appetizer or side dish! 2 Tsp Turmeric, ground
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Pinch Red pepper flakes
A few Black Peppercorns
1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
1/3 Cup Water
6 Boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
2 Shallots, thinly sliced


Combined ingredients in bowl

In a large bowl, add kosher salt, shallots, turmeric, garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, and peppercorns and mix together thoroughly.
Warm vinegar and water in bowl

Using a saucepan set to medium heat, add water and vinegar together and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pickling ingredient mixture

While the vinegar mixture is still warm, pour over bowl of ingredients and let it cool.
Let recipe pickle in fridge

Sterilize a 750 ml jar then add in eggs and brine. Place in fridge for 1 hour to 3 days.
Ready to serve
