4 Cups Cauliflower, Riced
1 Tbsp Fresh turmeric, Grated
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, Grated
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
2 Green onions, Diced
1/4 Cup Fresh parsley, Chopped
Sea salt & pepper, To Taste
Grate the turmeric and ginger and set aside.
In a large frying pan over medium heat add grapeseed oil.
One the pan is hot, add riced cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir often.
Add turmeric and ginger to pan and stir in with cauliflower.
Add garlic, cumin, sea salt and pepper to pan and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Transfer rice into a bowl and add parsley and green onions to taste.
