In a large frying pan over medium heat add grapeseed oil.
One the pan is hot, add riced cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir often.
Add turmeric and ginger to pan and stir in with cauliflower.
Add garlic, cumin, sea salt and pepper to pan and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Transfer rice into a bowl and add parsley and green onions to taste.
