INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Turkey, tenders
2 Cup Iceberg lettuce
4 Tbsp Italian Dressing, low fat low carb
1/2 Cup Dill pickles, low carb

DIRECTIONS

Add your turkey tenders to a hot, non-stick pan and allow them to cook, flipping halfway.

At the halfway point, flip the tenders and season with sea salt and pepper, reducing to medium heat.

Chop your iceberg lettuce to simulate a burger bun, setting it aside for plating later.

Once the tenders are cooked, add your chopped low-carb dill pickles to the pan, and allow them to simmer. Add Italian dressing and bring the pan to a boil, flipping the tenders once more.

When it's time to plate, add the tenders to a layer of lettuce, top with sauce and drippings, and place another layer of lettuce on top.
