INGREDIENTS

14 Oz Ground turkey
2 Celery stalks, Slice using a potato peeler
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 Cup Cucumbers, Thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Green onions, Chopped
1/4 Cup Red onions, Chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a medium-sized bowl, mix ground turkey and garlic powder together.

Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil. Form the mixture into 4 patties.

On medium-high heat, cook the turkey patties for 7 to 8 minutes on each side.

Cut the patties in half. Layer the patties, cucumber, celery, red onions and green onions on romaine lettuce leaves.

Lightly drizzle olive oil and lime juice on top.
