INGREDIENTS

2 Oz Balsamic dressing, low fat, low carb
7 Oz Turkey, thinly sliced
1 Cup Fennel, thinly sliced
1 Cup Tomatoes, diced

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add turkey; let sear.

When the turkey is almost cooked, add dressing to deglaze the pan.

Make sure that your face is away from the pan when your pour the dressing in and remove the pan from heat right away.

Now, on a plate, layer fennel, tomatoes and hot turkey.

Ready to serve!
