Did you know?

Collard greens are one of the healthiest veggies you could eat. They contain glucoraphanin, sinigrin, gluconasturtiin, and glucotropaeolin which are all glucosinolates found to help the body protect itself from various types of cancer and reduce the risks of inflammatory toxins from entering your system.

You’ll also benefit from vitamins K, A, C, B6, folate, manganese, magnesium, calcium, riboflavin, and iron. This superfood also has cholesterol-reducing properties from all its vitamins and minerals.

By introducing this crucifer to your daily diet, you’ll be giving your body the nutrients it needs to protect itself against cardiovascular disease and different types of cancer.
