INGREDIENTS

1 Can Tuna
2 Cup Brocoli, frozen
1 Cup Tomato sauce
1 Cup Chicken stock
1 Bag Shirataki noodles
1/4 Tsp Olive oil

In a hot non-stick pan, add olive oil and tuna.

Add the frozen broccoli and chicken stock, letting it sear for about 3-4 minutes.

Your tuna should be a bit flaky and the broccoli should not be frozen.

Add the tomato sauce into the pan.

Place the shirataki noodles in a bowl.

Pour the contents of the pan on top of the shirataki noodles.
