Dive into these mouth-watering Tuna Patties!
The catch of the day? It’s our Tuna Patties recipe! This seafood dish can be enjoyed as an appetizer, lunch, or dinner. Dijon mustard, lemon zest, and parsley go perfectly with tuna to give it an incredible flavor. Finish off by adding hot sauce if you feel like spicing up your Tuna Patties! 6 Oz Tuna, Packed in water
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Lemon zest
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Water, (or liquid from the cans of tuna)
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, Chopped
2 Tbsp Green onions, Chopped
2 Tsp Olive oil
1 Egg, Raw
Sea salt & pepper, To taste
Red hot sauce, To taste
In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, water, olive oil, parsley, chives, and hot sauce together. Make sure you drain the liquid from the tuna cans before adding it in. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. To see if the mixture requires more seasoning, taste test it before adding the egg. Combine the egg into the mixture.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
In a non-stick pan on medium high heat, add the remaining olive oil. Place the patties in the pan and cook them for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
