INGREDIENTS

3 Quail eggs
2 Cup Tomato, confit with garlic powder
1 Cup Tofu
2 Tbsp Basil dressing
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

Before you start cooking, we suggest that you visit Tomato Confit Part 1Tomato Confit Part 2 and Grape Seed Oil vs Olive Oil.

Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil to start. Crack the quail eggs and cook them in the pan, seasoning with a pinch of salt.

Once the eggs are cooked, place on a plate.

Add the tofu to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Let each side cook until crispy.

Delicately add the tomato confit to the pan beside the tofu.

Add your pesto basil to the tomato confit and let cook.

Plate with your cooked eggs.
