1/4 Cup Red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 packet Stevia
1 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Freshly-ground black pepper
