INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Tofu, sliced (firm)
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, diced
1 Cup Spinach, chopped
1/2 Cup Green onions, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add green onions; let cook.

Then, add tomatoes and garlic; let cook and set aside.

Now, in the same hot non-stick pan, add spinach; let cook.

Then, add the tomato mix back to the pan and add paprika with turmeric; mix together and set aside.

For the last time, in the same hot non-stick pan, add tofu; let cook.
