This tofu dip packs a ton of flavor into a low-fat and low-carb addition for any snack!
Tofu dips are a healthier alternative to traditional dipping sauces. And our recipe is super fast and easy to make! All you need to do, is blend all ingredients together using your regular food processor until a smooth/creamy consistency is reached. Then, serve with veggies of choice. Enjoy!
1 Tofu, (300 g) soft
2 Eggs, hard boiled
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Green onions, chopped
1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, 0% fat
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Celery stalk, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
In a food processor, blend all ingredients together until a smooth/creamy consistency is reached. Serve with veggies of choice.
