INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Tofu, sliced (0 carbs)
2 Cup Broccoli, blanched
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tsp Ginger, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add broccoli; cook and set aside.
