Did you know?

Is the Thousand Island dressing really from the Thousand Islands region in North America around the St. Lawrence River?

Even though it’s agreed that’s where it comes from, there are at least three different stories that explain its origin! While people can’t agree on who invented it, we can all agree it tastes great, and that getting apple cider vinegar into your diet is a great way to support better health. It actually helps you feel full, and can regulate blood sugar levels.
