4 Portobello mushromms, large caps
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Shallots, sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
8 Oz Tempeh, crumbled
1 Tsp Tamari Sauce
1 avocado, sliced
Cilantro, for garnish
Green onion, for garnish
sesame seeds, fro garnish
Sriracha, for garnish

Sauce

1/4 Cup almond butter, creamy organic natural
2 Tbsp Tamari Sauce
1 Sesame oil
1 Sriracha
1/2 Lime juice
2 Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Garlic clove, minced
