1 Tsp Green curry paste, (low carb)
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Cup Chicken stock
5 Oz Coconut milk, (light)
1/4 Cup Red pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Mushrooms, thinly sliced
6 Oz Chicken breast, thinly sliced, (6 to 8 oz.)
2 Tsp Fish sauce, (low carb)
2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 Cup Zucchini, spiralized
1 Lime, wedge

Place your large non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil.
