Tex Mex Casserole Recipe

5 Oz Ground beef, lean
1/3 Cup Water
1 Cup Green peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Green cabbage, shredded
1/4 Cup Green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, diced
2 Tsp Grape seed oil
1/4 Tsp Chili powder
1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
1/4 Tsp Onion powder
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Tsp Cumin powder
Preheat oven to broil.
In an oven proof pot at low heat, add beef; let cook but continue mixing constantly.
When the beef reaches a light brown color, add cabbage.
Then, add water, garlic and green pepper; let simmer.
Now, add cumin as well as all the other dry spices; mix well.
Once everything is well mixed and the beef is well cooked, add green onions, salt & pepper and place tomatoes on top of mix, making a rose.
Lastly, place in the oven for a couple of minutes to roast the tomatoes.
