INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Chicken, sliced
2 Cup Mixed bell peppers, diced
2 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tbsp Fresh tarragon
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil and add your sliced chicken, allowing it to sear and cook.

When the chicken is almost fully cooked, toss in the diced bell peppers and sauté to incorporate all the flavors.
