You've got to try this tarragon and honey vinaigrette on your next salad!
In a small sized bowl, mix together lime juice and tarragon; set in fridge overnight. Then, add in shallots, lime zest, honey vinaigrette and bell peppers to the bowl and mix well. Now, add bowl contents to a blender and blend for approximately 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Lastly, add sea salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve!
1 Lime, juiced
1/4 Cup Honey dijon dressing, low fat, low carb
1 Dry shallot, chopped
1 Pinch Tarragon, dried
1/4 Yellow pepper, diced
