A healthy spinach salad is an essential part of any diet, but sometimes they can grow a bit tiresome. That’s why we’ve spiced things up with our low carb spinach salad paired with classic surf and turf meats. INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Spinach
5 Oz Beef flank steak, sliced
3 Oz Shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 Fresh basil
2 Oz Balsamic dressing, low fat low carb

In a hot non-stick pan, add flank steak; let sear.

Now, add shrimp; let cook and season with sea salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together spinach and basil.

Then pour balsamic dressing into the pan; mix well and remove from heat.

Wait 2-3 minutes.

Pour steak and shrimp with dressing onto the salad.
