Did you know?

One health benefit of eggplant is that it is said to help improve your cognitive ability and brain health. This is because eggplant is an excellent source of phytonutrients.

Phytonutrients play a role in keeping both your body and brain safe from certain diseases and they defend against free radical activity. Also, they deliver oxygen-rich blood to the brain, which in turn helps develop and boost your memory.
