In case you hadn’t noticed, we’re big fans of cauliflower here at Low Fat Low Carb.

It’s such a versatile vegetable, as this recipe shows: easy-to-make fritters with cauliflower rice and kale!

We’ve added just the right amount of heat from some freshly ground black pepper and red pepper flakes, and serving it with a side of hot sauce is a must.
