1 Large Cauliflower
1/4 Cup Olive oil
1 Tbsp Ginger root, Chopped
1 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Red pepper flakes, Crushed
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
Lemon juice, From half a lemon
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and place them in big bowl.
In a reusable bag combine oil, ginger, turmeric, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and the juice from half a lemon.
Toss the cauliflower in the spicy ginger-turmeric dressing until evenly coated.
Scatter the cauliflower on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Roast the cauliflower for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and rotate the pan halfway through cooking. Do not toss or flip the cauliflower - it won't caramelize properly if you do.
Once the cauliflower has finished roasting, let it cool for 5 minutes.
Top with fresh cilantro.

There are many reasons why someone would eliminate or reduce gluten from their diet, including celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, for a paleo diet, or as a personal choice. Celiac disease is an autoimmune condition where gluten in one’s system triggers an immune response that causes damage to the intestine. A gluten-free diet is essential for people with celiac disease, because they are unable to absorb the required vitamins and nutrients in food if their intestine is damaged.
