Did you know?

Gelatin is packed with important nutrients (such as the amino acids glycine and proline), and has plenty of benefits and uses. It can help our bodies form strong cartilage and connective tissue, improve gut health, digestion, mood, sleep quality, skin health, and more. One of the reasons bone broth is so good for you is because it is a source of naturally occurring gelatin. One of the benefits of making your own jello over buying packaged crystals is that it’s a lot healthier due to the low sugar content.
