INGREDIENTS

6 Oz Ground beef, or ground turkey
1 1/2 Cup Cauliflower, riced
1/2 Cup Pepper
1/2 Canned diced tomatoes
1/2 Cup Fresh salsa
1 Garlic cloves
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
Sea salt & pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Add diced peppers to a pan with grape seed oil and mix the garlic cloves.

In a large pan, heat grape seed oil over medium then sauté peppers and garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Mix in and stir fry the riced cauliflower.

Add cauliflower rice to pan and fry ingredients together until tender.

Add ground beef to pan and cook over medium-high until browned.

Add canned tomatoes and salsa and stir ingredients together until combined.

Simmer for about 5 minutes then remove from heat.
