INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Cup Asparagus, blanched
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
Pinch Smoked sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Add grape seed oil and peeled and deveined shrimp to a hot non-stick pan, allowing them to sear for approximately one minute on high heat.

Next, add in blanched asparagus, letting it reheat. Flip the shrimp to ensure they're cooked through.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan, and allow them to cook. Once the asparagus and tomatoes have been heated through, remove to a plate to dress.

Season the plate's contents with a pinch of smoked sea salt to taste.
