Did you know?

Oregano’s a source of fiber, iron, manganese, and vitamin E, just to name a few of its compounds. In addition to being a great spice for cooking, it’s also used as a topical treatment for a number of skin conditions, and it’s a homeopathic remedy for respiratory tract disorders, digestive issues, and much more. It’s also a rich source of vitamin K, a must for bone growth, density, and the production of blood-clotting proteins. Not bad for a humble spice!
