INGREDIENTS

2 Pounds Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 Cup Marinara sauce, ,Janeva's or low carb
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Onion powder
2 Tsp Garlic, minced
2 Tsp Cumin powder
2 Tsp Coriander
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Chili powder

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 - Slow Cooker Mexican Shredded Chicken

To create the sauce: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the chicken.

Add half the sauce to the slow cooker then add chicken breast and top with rest of the sauce.

Cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
