Did you know?

Did you know that tomato and basil are a perfect pairing? We’re not talking about the flavors, either (though they’re a great match); tomatoes are a good source of vitamins A, C, and K, not to mention fiber and folate. Basil doubles up on these nutrients, but also adds amazing flavonoids that can help protect your cells from structural damage and even decrease the risk of cancer. Mixing the two together for bruschetta isn’t just delicious, it’s nutritious as well!
