This savory Basil Pesto sauce is the perfect match for low-fat low-carb pasta recipes which can be mixed with zucchini noodles, a delicious mix of garlic, basil, and Parmesan. INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Basil
1 Garlic clove
1/4 Cup Parmesan, Grated
2 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
Sea salt & pepper, To taste

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse together until smooth.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge until it’s needed, or freeze it in sealable bags for the future.
