5 Oz Shrimp
3 Oz Tuna
1 Cup Bean sprout
1/2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Fennel, chopped
1 Cup Vegetable stock
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Ginger, chopped
1 Lime, juiced

In a pot, add broth, lime zest, juiced lime core, and fennel; let cook.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add bean sprouts and tuna on top; set aside and add ginger to the soup.

When the soup begins to boil, remove lime core and add soy sauce and then add shrimp.

Take the lime juice and put half in the bowl and the other half in the bouillon.

Finally, add half of the spinach to the bowl and the other half to the bouillon. Turn off heat and pour broth into the bowl (on top of the tuna and sprouts).
