INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 Oz Shrimp
3 1/2 Oz Mahi mahi
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tsp Garlic, sliced
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

Add grape see oil to a hot non-stick pan before you put your sliced mushrooms in. Allow them to sear gently.

Take your cherry tomatoes and add them to the mushrooms, and let everything continue cooking for approximately one minute.

Next, add in the shrimp and mahi mahi.

Season with sea salt and pepper to taste, and allow the shrimp and mahi mahi to cook for about five minutes.

Just before everything is cooked through, add the sliced garlic and allow things to finish cooking.
