3 1/2 Oz Halibut
3 1/2 Oz Shrimp
2 Cup Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
1 Pinch Saffron
1 Oz Water
1 Vanilla bean, sliced in two
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
