INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Shrimp, cooked
2 Eggs, soft-boiled (mollet style)
1 Cup Red leaf lettuce, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup White onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp Cilantro dressing

Start by cutting the red leaf lettuce and adding it to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Next, mix the lettuce, bell peppers, white onions, shrimp, and cilantro dressing in with the lettuce.

Add the salad to a plate.

Carefully cut the soft-boiled eggs and let the yolk run over the salad.
