2 Chicken breast, cut into strips
1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 Cup Tamari Sauce
2 Tsp White Vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tsp Sesame oil
3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp Red hot sauce
1/2 Tsp Ground ginger
3/4 Tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tsp sesame seeds


Sweet Kale Salad Mix
2 Green onions, sliced
1 Red bell pepper, sliced
Cilantro, to taste
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Coat your chicken strips in tapioca starch and cook until golden brown, flipping halfway to ensure the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from heat and set aside

Mix Tamari sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sesame oil, honey, hot sauce, ginger, cinnamon, and white vinegar together in a small saucepan. Reduce over medium heat until the sauce has thickened. Top the chicken with the sauce and sesame seeds.

Combine salad ingredients together in a bowl before serving on a plate.

Top each plate of salad with additional sauce and the chicken.
