3 Eggs
2 Cup Cherry tomatoes, confit
1 Tbsp Basil dressing
1 Tsp Smoked paprika

Start by cracking your eggs and scrambling them in a mixing bowl.

Add your basil dressing, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper to your egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a hot non-stick pan, and continue mixing and scrambling as they cook.

When the eggs are nearly done, add the tomato confit and let it sear delicately until ready.
