Scrambled Eggs with Mahi Mahi & Green Onions

We understand that sometimes it’s hard to eat healthy when you have to eat the same foods over and over. That’s why we’ve created this delicious low carb mahi mahi recipe that can be enjoyed for any meal of the day!
Gently scramble the eggs with a whisk, be sure to not overcook them, keep them creamy.
When the eggs are cooked, set them aside on a plate.
In the same hot non-stick pan, add the mahi mahi and green onions, let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once the mahi is nearly cooked, add the vegetable couli in the pan.Ready to serve!
