7 Oz Fresh scallops
2 Cup Cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp Garlic
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
Pinch Smoked paprika

DIRECTIONS

Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil before adding a vine of cherry tomatoes. Let the tomatoes roast gently.

Season your scallops with a pinch of smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper to taste. A little bit goes a long way!
