INGREDIENTS

5 Oz Scallops
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Pack Roasted Sea Laver Seaweed Chips

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, sear scallops (a couple of seconds on each side). Be sure to not overcook them!

Scallops can be eaten either hot or cold.

When the scallops are cooked and the desired temperature has been reached, place on a plate and serve with seaweed crisps.
