INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Salmon, thinly sliced
1 Cup Shiitake mushrooms
1 Cup Vegetable coulis
1/2 Cup Coco milk
1 Preserved lemon
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, mushrooms, salt and pepper; let sear for a couple of minutes.

When the mushrooms are cooked, set aside.

In the same hot non-stick pan, add salmon; let sear.

Now, add coco milk and lemon; let cook.

When the coco milk evaporates, add vegetable coulis

step #6

Lastly, to reheat, add the mushrooms back to the pan.

Ready to serve!
