Did you know?

Leeks have an abundance of vitamins and minerals including vitamin K, vitamin B6 and vitamin C, but it is recommended to let the leeks sit for at least 5 minutes after cutting to enhance their healthy properties. Leeks also belong to the same vegetable family as garlic and onions and offer similar health benefits!
