3 Tbsp Garlic, finely minced
3 Tbsp Rosemary, finely chopped
3 Tbsp Oregano
1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 1/4 Lb boneless lamb, preferably leg, cut into 1-inch cubes
Feta, crumbled, for garnishing (optional)
